Your GroupWise signature is a block of text that you can easily add to your outgoing messages.
To create a signature:
- Click the Options button in the upper-right
- Click the Signature tab
- Add a checkmark to the Activate signature box
- Enter the text for your signature in the text field
- Choose whether your signature should always be added or whether GroupWise will always ask if you want to include your signature
- Click Save
- Close the Options window using the close icon (X in the upper-right)
